msingh, Wed, 23 Mar 2011 "Professional with High Quality Workmanship!" I purchased an older 1980's home, which had 3 completely outdated bathrooms. For my renovation of these bathrooms, it was important for me to find someone that specialized in tile work, rather than a contractor that can do everything. I was impressed with the knowledge, advice and competitive price I received from Orsertile, and decided to use them for my project. Ryan, from Orsertile, did an exceptional job installing various shower/floor/backsplash tiles in all 3 of my bathrooms. The following highlights my experience with Orsertile: Professional - Performed work in a very professional manner. Always completed tasks as agreed upon and on time. Everyday kept the work area clean, and took out the garbage. Very accommodating - I remember when a jetted tub I ordered for one of my bathrooms got delayed by 2 weeks, Ryan did not hesitate to rework his schedule to account for the delay. I cannot say the same for other contractors I have worked with. Quality - Ryan efficiently cut, leveled and installed each tile like an artist. He never took any shortcuts, or created any unnecessary wastage. The grout application and tile spacing was consistent throughout the bathrooms. In one bathroom, I have a wall that is not square at all, and Ryan was able to magically install tile in such a way that you would never know a problem existed. The final outcome was 3 very beautifully tiled bathrooms. When we showed our renovated home to friends and relatives, everyone commented on the wonderful tile work. I would highly recommend Orsertile for your next renovation project! |
