The house was custom built by a very reputable local contractor and is located in central Parksville, BC. It has many specialized interior features including detailed trim work on the interior stairwell, antiqued hand rails, a wallpapered dining room with a chandelier. The exterior has fish scaling trim on the front gable ends, wood finials on the roofline as well as decorative brackets on the porch posts. It also has a matching 2 car garage with a bonus room above.
