RS Homes’ commitment to our clientele is backed by the BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association) code of ethics, and the Tarion Warranty Corporation, a private entity who has been regulating the Ontario home building industry since 1976.  We gladly comply with the Warranty, which protects your investment, covering issues like deposit protection, security against construction workmanship and material defects, protection from unauthorized substitutions and protection against delayed occupancy without sufficient notification.
