Direct Energy Building, Markam
Direct Energy Had a Energy Audit done on their office building in Markam, Ontario. The audit concluded that there was Major deficiencies in the building envelope at the partition wall to the overhang around the perimeter of the building. Callrich Eco Services Inc. Worked along side Bowie Contracting to detail this area with drywall, blueskin, 4" of Closed Cell Icynene v.3 Spray Foam insulation and cementitious Spray Applied Fireproofing Over the foam. The entire process was closely inspected, by both the manufacture (Icynene) and a 3rd Party Inspection/Engineer onsite daily to Insure the process was completed exactly to spec.
