"Many thanks for retrieving all of my photos "  Many thanks for retrieving all photos deleted from an external hard drive. Great customer service, a really quick process and all for a reasonable price. I called other data recovery businesses but the're prices and customer service didn't stack up to FileRetrieval.ca. If you have any hard drive problems these are definitely the guys to call! |

I searched the web and came across FileRetrieval.ca. Their website was good. They were detailed, and gave straightforward quotes. Also, they had the lowest prices across a few other companies that came up in my search. So I decided to give them a try. They were very professional, patient and very friendly. I sent the hard drive in and within 4 days, I could collect it with almost all the data recovered. They were attentive as to what was required to be fixed � what data was important and what was not. Their follow up service after the job was completed was greatly appreciated. An excellent result. |
CharlesHa, Wed, 25 Jun 2014 "Would highly recommend" I had a 2.5 WD Scorpio Blue 500GB drive that we need to recover. After searching the Internet I found FileRetrieval.ca. Their offer were pretty good so I decided to sent them my hard drive. In only two days they managed to recover my data, all my pictures and most of my music remained. Would highly recommend to anyone needing data recovery service. |
cecgonza, Mon, 23 Jun 2014 "I highly recommend them to everybody!" It was a great pleasure to work with FileRetrieval.ca. I have had a Lexar S73 usb stick. The stick was blinking and recognized by my computer but it was not booting. So, I can never see what's on my usb stick. They were able to retrieve all of the data I had lost and replaced it ona new usb stick!! Not only was they professional and courteous, but also incredibly quick, trust-worthy, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to everybody! |

We took our computer damaged hard drive to FileRetrieval.ca and we were treated very well. I was really panicking as I had all my work files saved on that PC. My colleague immediately suggest I contact FileRetrieval.ca. They were fantastic, talked me through what was wrong and explained that they only charge for data recovered. Best of all they recovered all my data! Guys, you are great! |

"I am very happy with the data retrieval"
I am very happy with the data retrieval from her broken USB thumb drive. At least 95% of the files were OK. There were a small number that were corrupted, most likely the ones that were open at the time that the computer and USB fell on the floor. Now I make several back-ups! and. I am very grateful. Thank you very much FileRetrieval.
