Once again our annual Scavenger Hunt has been the highlight of our term. You all did a fantastic job of entertaining and educating our little ones in their first grade. The children had such a wonderful time and learned more about taking care of animals than they could learn from a book. They were in awe at all the terrific businesses they visited and the parents who accompanied us on our journey heaped mountains of praise upon the business owners who took time out of their busy days to make us all feel welcome.
We are fortunate to live in such a special community and we appreciate having wonderful people like you to spend time with our children.
Thank you again for your participation and we look forward to visiting with you next year.

I love Beattie, I've always taken my pets there :) and at the end of the month we had to put our chihuahua down  they were very kind and caring. And they gave us all the options as to what we could of done to try to prolong our Baxtys life, but it just wasn't fair. But when we made the decision to let him go, they were right there with us 100% of the way and made us feel like it was okay that we had to say bye. I always recommend Beattie to friends and family!

This clinic has been very instrumental in saving my daughter's cat, taking into consideration her feelings as well....if it weren't for this clinic, I do not know what I would of done without you guys.

Dr. Rana is the single reason our 17 year old male cat is still alive. We took Phantom to numerous vets and they all said it was hopeless, he was old, it was cancer just wait for the end. Dr Rana performed laser surgery, removed the cancer and Phantom thinks he is a kitten. That was in 2009. Dr Rana treats my son's service dog Party and our little mix. He is compassionate, kind, honest and expert in many areas. T me he is like St Francis with animals. God Bless Dr Rana

While any surgery is expensive, Dr Rana has saved our dog Dixie twice now.  This last time I had been without work and Dr Rana provided us with payments as I was certain I was going to have to put our dog down. Dr Rana allowed us with his generosity to keep our member of our family. Tremendous thanks to the staff and to Dr Rana.

The vet techs are also very good. You get the feeling at AVH that Dr. Wood has very high standards because the techs always seem to be focused and careful (and knowledgeable). The office I've known the longest but the others are great as well) are friendly, compassionate, patient and provide great customer service. They are terrific about remembering my name and my dogs' names and they really seem happy to see my pets when we come in. I always get a follow up call to check on my dogs, even if I've been there for something routine.
